A deposit is required to confirm the booking. Once a deposit is received by 1st Class Limousine Services it is non-refundable.

All of the charges must be paid in full before the onset of your journey unless otherwise stated. If there is any extra costs such as extra time needed, mileage, parking, or drinks they must be settled at the end of the hire.

Extra time will be charged at £25 per 15 minute period or part thereof.
Only 1st Class Limousine Services drivers are insured to drive the vehicle, therefore no other person has the right to drive the vehicle.

The Chauffeur will keep to a reasonable speed while driving and they will use their own judgement in relation to the road type and its conditions.

1st Class Limousine Services accepts no responsibility or liability in any way if there are any delays caused.

1st Class Limousine Services operates a ‘NO SMOKING’ policy within all of their vehicles. If this condition is ignored the chauffeur is authorised to terminate the hire arrangement and NO refund will be given under any circumstances.

In the event of a cancellation of a confirmed booking by the hirer, either £100 or 50% of the agreed total cost is payable to 1st Class Limousine Services whichever is greater.

In the event of a mechanical failure, due to circumstances beyond our control, 1st Class Limousine Services reserves the right to substitute vehicles of an equal capacity.

1st Class Limousine Services can not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage to the clients’ and passengers’ personal belongings.

The chauffeur reserves the right to refuse carriage of luggage if, in his own judgement, the weight is too excessive.

1st Class Limousine Services will not be held responsible for the use or transportation of any illegal substances or articles within their vehicle. The hire agreement will be terminated immediately without a refund if the client contravenes this condition.

The hirer will be held responsible for the conduct of all the passengers in the vehicles at all times.
The hirer will be held responsible for any damage that is caused by the hirer or their guests to the vehicle. This includes, but not limited to sickness, spillages, stains, cigarette burns and fabric tears.

Please note: Charge for valeting caused by sickness is £150. In certain circumstances where expert advice is taken, it may be necessary to replace the soiled furnishings, in this case a full charge will be payable by the Hirer for the total cost to 1st Class Limousine Services.

When 1st Class Limousine Services hold a hirers credit/debit card details on file the hirer authorises us to charge that card for any additional costs covered by these terms and conditions.
All cancellations must be received by us in writing at least 30 days prior to the hire date.

1st Class Limousine Services reserves the right to terminate any and all services to unruly or abusive passengers without a refund.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to complete a booking due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be given. Beyond this we are not liable for any additional costs incurred or the loss of any monies paid by the hirer or party for tickets etc for the event they are travelling to.

All times, pick up points and drop off points stated in the booking must be complied with, anything outside these times or points will be charged accordingly and payable in full termination of the hire.

For airport journeys the amount of passengers and suitcases will be determined at the time of booking and will appear on the “booking confirmation” and must not be exceeded due to weight and space restrictions.

Charges for airport collections include the first 30 minutes wait after the plane has landed. Any additional time will be charged at extra time rate as stated above.

In the unlikely event of excessive delays we will endeavour to accommodate your requirements; however you may forfeit your return journey as other bookings may have been made for that day.

Re-routed flights may not be able to be met by us and additional charges may be charged to the hirer. Check with your travel insurance company to see if you are covered for these costs.
1st Class Limousine Services accept no responsibility for restricted vehicle access (hump back bridges, width restrictions etc) at any location and are not responsible for delays caused by re-routed journeys.

Passengers in forward facing seats are required by law to wear seatbelts and for your safety we advise the wearing of seatbelts by all passengers. Baby seats should be used in forward facing seats only.

1st Class Limousine Services vehicles are serviced and maintained to the highest levels however in the unfortunate event of breakdown 1st Class Limousine Services cannot be held responsible.
